I got on the scale today and swore that it read 199. I have not broken 200 for over a year now and am quite ecstatic. I am going to weigh again tomorrow to make sure that it is true. In any event, the diet\lifestyle change is working great! I am doing more cardio than prescribed by the diet and have been executing the circuit weight training since day 1 of the diet. We will see how it goes tomorrow.
