Started Banting Diet today. Breakfast; Green tea, 2 eggs , cheese 50g,tomatoes .
Lunch: apple, coffee with full cream milk,
Supper: Chicken curry with tomato salsa.small portion
Banana, gre
85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
