Gained 5 back. Been drinking Boost daily almost twice a day and I’m my lifting has slightly increased too. So I’m chalking it up to muscle mass 💪
But it’s still a slow grind trying to lose fat in my chest 😡
95.3 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
