Today was a terrible day for food. I've got to get better at telling myself NO!

I've started my workout DVD's back up. They are alot of fun and it makes the time fly by.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
