these last two weeks my weight has been consistent. i have been pretty mindful of my food except for today Sunday. i allowed this to happen. i think every once in a while this is okay to do. this week i want to step up my ante! i am determined to get under 100kgs
100.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
