Thursday was a bad day for me; lemon meringue at M & B; Bubbly; Bread with soup. Scale - Fri. morning up. Today back on RT4 diet! Still feeling better than I did last week though!
114 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
