Decided to start the Raw Til 4 diet yesterday. Starting off slowly. I have never eaten so much fruit in my life. Definitely wasn't hungry and had to force myself to eat what I had to in the evening. Definitely felt better this morning. Did not wake up with a headache! And, my weight has dropped a little - but better than nothing which is what has been the case in the last few weeks - no movement on the scale.
