I weighed myself in the afternoon yesterday (231.3 lbs) and today I did it in after I woke up (228.3 lbs) which is how I will do it from now on. My A.M. waist is 41", which is better than the 41.5" in the P.M. I now know where I lost sight of my goals it was when I moved my goal calendar from my fridge to my bedroom slowly causing me to lost track of my progress. I have gone back to the fridge calendar progress method. (*Internet fridge pic, below*)
