I got lazy and stopped counting cals. But I am back 6.3 lbs heavier and my waist is 40.5". I haven't stopped exercising, but clearly counting cals is integral part of staying healthy. My goal waist: 31.5". I need to tweak things to get to a healthy heart waist size..
