Only two pounds since October 25th. Loss is loss. I’m seeing tonal changes though. This week I was lucky to hit the gym only once. Had a few cheat days too with some snacks. This week I expect to be a bit more disciplined. Next week I’m on vacation, so the gym will be easier to hit for sure.
