10 days since a weigh in. No change. But my clothes are getting looser. So I’d imagine it’s all just becoming more toned. It’s been a busy two weeks, also and while hitting the gym twice a week, the days are further from each other compared to a steady Wed. And Fri.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
