I made relatively healthy fried rice yesterday again...used brown rice and egg substitute, then added onions, peas and carrots...I did use a bit more oil than I wanted to by trying to do it all in one big pan, since I had to add extra oil to do the egg towards the end...but it turned out really delicious...

I also went for a massage yesterday...Heidi got me a gift certificate for Christmas, and I finally used it...SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!

Today is my mom's birthday...We're going out to eat...but the place we're going has awesome salads, and good vinaigrette dressings...Not low fat, but also more healthier fat than cream-based dressings :)

I'm at a plateau again...so hopefully tomorrow the scale will drop 3 pounds, like it so often does after a plateau :)
114.4 kg Lost so far: 20.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
