yesterday was a bad day. Ate Cereal at lunch. Was hunger stricken in the late afternoon and I had a Pepsi and M&M's. Then at night late I had Gelato and Kefir. NOT good. No exercise.

On the positive side this morning I did 40 Minutes on the Stairmaster and 1 mile run in 11 minutes.

Move on!!!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.7 kg a Week
