What a hard week! Seemed like everything was conspiring to wreck my course. I’ve committed to go to gym 5 to 6 days a week. I had to miss leg day (no jokes please) and I felt…well not guilty, but out of sync. Then my food, I’m entering a season of business lunches, church potlucks and holiday crap to snack on. I AM HUMAN! (Most days 😂) So, I try really hard to hold myself to account. The FS app helps with this and my writing (no matter how inane) help too. James Clear in the book “Atomic Habits” writes about commitment and missing an allotted time for an activity…in short, do it next time. He’s right…and that’s what I did…put that one off behind me. As far as eating and the coming season of gluttonous behavior….I better keep the app handy so I can mitigate the urge to bulls**t myself! 😬
