Well yesterday was a good day overall. Two small cheats. Had a Caffeine Free Regular Coke. 1 Can. Also had a small biscoti. Had greek salad and pasta for super and tacos for lunch. Usual blueberries for breakfast.

86.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
