Bad thing about yesterday which I knoew was wrong was Smoothie King at 630 PM and peanut butter pretzels. Too many calories too late in the day. Need to avoid Gingerale. Need tighter focus on getting to my goals!
87.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
