I joined WW in January and have discovered that the more fresh vegetables and fruit I eat, the more satisfied I feel. The low calorie junk food can get me in trouble quick - such as the 100 calorie packs - I try to limit myself to one treat like this per day. I love the fat free fudge bars (80 cal) and I try to save room for 1 at night. Also look for the lean cuts of meat. Good luck - I think WW is the best.
