This is slow going...however I am losing...better then gaining. Can't wait for spring, perhaps I will have a spring in my feet then. Has been too cold here in Ontario to walk very far...is anyone familiar with The Blue Zone diet? If so, I would be interested in hearing from you. Also would like a diet buddy...
