Had my medical on Thursday and now have some health issues that have cropped up...blood work, x-rays and now on Monday go for an echo-cardigram...so time to make positive changes in the way I eat.
Have been doing a lot of reading since then and I know I must get my stress/worry in order as I have been doing a lot of that lately too.
So I feel the best plan for me and for anyone in that matter is The Blue Zone Diet.
