More or less holding steady... was up till 6 AM working the other night, which messed up my weigh-in. Then had a very high-carb day y'day... about 60% of that was planned. LOL! I only wish I had *planned* it better (to fall on the day with my messed-up weigh-in), because the rest of the day yesterday was solid.
