Ok, I'm now claiming I met my goal (225), but I feel like there is more..not just the scale but overall fitness. The clothes definitely fit better, but this gut! Smaller to be sure, but it's the last thing to get in line! Oh what a world! Just gotta keep plugging away...one day, one lift, each step at a time!
