I notice that my appetite has calmed down. Do I still look at those tasty snacks that constantly call my name? Heck yes, but I tell those voices, " not today!" I'm saving up my calories for that right moment. I'm proud of the days thar I go to the gym, even when I dont want to. I'm 2 months into a two-year plan. I appreciate reading the struggles and progress of others. And those fotos of food and ideas. This app and community are just f-in great! 🤗
