I've been having some digestive problems since returning back to my vegan diet on Friday night, and I think that's where the extra weight is hiding...My body needs to detox. I'm 19.2lbs away from my first major goal. It took me two years to gain that 19.2lbs, I'm hoping it comes off faster than it got on.

Right now I'm drinking a C-Boost Bolthouse Farms shake, and for lunch I have a microwaveable organic pad thai meal to eat. I'm then going to do at least 30 minutes on the machines at the gym. I need to try to get at least 30 minutes in every day. I haven't worked out in about six months, so this is going to be a tough workout (the most tough part about working out for me is actually getting my ass there - so that will be the main hurdle of the day).

Dinner is unplanned but I'm thinking it's going to be a fake chicken buffalo sandwich on a sandwich thin and veggies/sweet potato.
