Lost a little more weight finally but am still 0.2 lb away from hitting my lowest weight again this challenge (146.0) I have done really well this weekend with my eating, although we are going out for our Valentine's Day dinner tonight. I will practice portion control and probably drink water. Continually discovering new Abs Diet recipes that I like, having snacks in my purse for when I get hungry, and planning our meals so all ingredients are on hand, make me feel like I'm NOT even ON a diet!!!
