Started the week at 278#. Drinking LOTS of water, usually with lemon. Trying to get some sort of physical activity each day. Encouraged by my meager gains this week...an impetus to keep it going.
124.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, you're doing GREAT, Wes! No worries. Take it all one step at a time, and before you know it, you'll be celebrating some real victories. Nice work so far... you got through the holidays with just a bit of a gain, and now you're already bringing even that off. Hang in there, and keep pushing yourself to do a bit more every day. Little by little, you'll get there. You've got this thing by the horns this time.
