Well, I went down a little, but it's still better than I've been doing recently. It's encouraging, but I may have overdone it today. I got a bit crazy with my eating, today, and I'm not sure why. I'm not depressed, or upset, or anything, just kind of mellow. I'm in the "eating nothing after 7pm" challenge, though, and I'm thinking my mind said "wow, can't eat after 7, so I'm going to eat everything BEFORE 7. I don't believe that's what this challenge is all about... :-)
I did write down everything I ate, today, as the challenge says to do. I can see, now, how I got to the predicament I'm in right now...whew!!!
It's interesting what you see and become aware of when you put it down on paper.

Tomorrow will be a whole new ball game. I'm going to eat responsibly AND not eat after 7pm.
I hope all my buddies are doing well. I haven't had much chance to read all of your updates, but I'm hoping I can get to it soon.

That's a good point - see the challenge as it is, and don't make it a challenge to eat BEFORE! Eating up until 7 PM can take a little getting used to, but you'll get there. I do Intermittent Fasting, and only eat between 11 AM and 7 PM. Always. I am not at a point where I can totally disregard hunger and the urge to snack SIMPLY because it's after 7. It's a great place to be. It makes things a LOT easier. Keep going at it - it takes practice, but you'll get there.
