I was rather upset this morning. I've been following this not eating after 7pm challenge, and I've not been POing before then, either, like I was before...so I've been doing better and still gained. I know I didn't gain a lot, but I shouldn't have gained at all.
Still, I'm hanging in there. I'm not going to give up. I don't know what happened, but I'm going to stick to this challenge.
I've decided, as someone suggested on one of my other journal entries, to make my main meal, lunch, and then in the eves I'll do soups and salads. There's got to be a way to do this.
Anyway...hanging in there, and hoping all the rest of my FS buddies and the rest of the FS community will be too. Onward and downward!!!

I'm getting a bit discouraged with my not eating after 7 challenge. I've been doing this, now, for many days, and I'm only losing point something a day. Very discouraging, but it could have something to do with the fact that I PO (pig out) every day BEFORE 7...hmmm...ya think?
So, it's time to start cutting way back on my portions and on how many times I eat every 5 minutes...like never...know what I mean?
This will help me with my other challenge of losing 20 pounds by April. Come on, Meg...No food tastes as good as thin feels!!!

Still losing, so that's a positive. I'm doing much better, today, with not eating every 5 minutes. I'm being much more responsible in that way. The challenge of not eating after 7 is a good one for me. It's really helping me to not pig out all night long. And the challenge to lose 20 pounds by April, if I pass that challenge I will be 163 pounds, give or take a few, and that really sounds good to me. From there I will still have quite a ways to go to get to my goal, but I'll sure be on my way.
I'm getting more motivated as I lose and as I read other journals and posts. This site is sure the best one I've found for support and motivation.
See everyone tomorrow.

Losing 1.9 kg a Week

Well, I went down a little, but it's still better than I've been doing recently. It's encouraging, but I may have overdone it today. I got a bit crazy with my eating, today, and I'm not sure why. I'm not depressed, or upset, or anything, just kind of mellow. I'm in the "eating nothing after 7pm" challenge, though, and I'm thinking my mind said "wow, can't eat after 7, so I'm going to eat everything BEFORE 7. I don't believe that's what this challenge is all about... :-)
I did write down everything I ate, today, as the challenge says to do. I can see, now, how I got to the predicament I'm in right now...whew!!!
It's interesting what you see and become aware of when you put it down on paper.
Tomorrow will be a whole new ball game. I'm going to eat responsibly AND not eat after 7pm.
I hope all my buddies are doing well. I haven't had much chance to read all of your updates, but I'm hoping I can get to it soon.
