I did NOT do so good today, but I'm not giving up. I AM determined to do this and stick with it for the first time in my life. I'm so tired of yoyo dieting. It's not only unhealthy, but it's exhausting, emotionally. I just can't do this anymore. Tomorrow, I WILL show improvement over today, and every day thereafter. It's my health and my life at stake here. I NEED to do this.
I haven't been exercising, either. I need to pop in my Mama Mia sound track CD and get to MOVING. That sound track really gets my body wanting to get up and DANCE, yes!!! I WILL do this!!!
