I have completed a full week 5 days of the slimfast diet following it exactly. only thing I have not been able to do is find the 30 daily minutes of walking or running. its been in the 30 to 40 below range here and at those temps you get frostbite in just a minute or so to any exposed skin. looking to pick up a treadmill from my brother to try out. get up an extra 30 min early in the morning.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
