I hurt my back and for a the last 10 days I've been off of my game. I'll get back on it now though! I'm not going to give up!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Hope you are feeling better - You shouldn't give up - I had to put exercising aside when I hurt myself earlier and I stopped watching what I ate etc - put weight back on and had to start all over again! Even if you can't exercise - stick with the food journal - don't stop!
