restarting diet after being off for a month while my son Eli was born. Sitting around the house after the holidays plus just eating and sleeping with a new kid not the best thing to do. Now i am back at work and ready to give it another go.. I was on this diet about a year ago and lost almost 20 lbs. Well i gained it all back. lets see if i can do it again. Hoping for a great time.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
