I have been trying to lose weight by controlling the amount of food that I eat. I typically eat a little something for breakfast and then a small plate for dinner. I have been having success with this method.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 26.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
