Dec 3- felt a little discouraged yesterday that the weight wasn't coming off. love the way my clothes are fitting and that was my boost for the day. weighed in this morning and NICE I dropped 1.5 lbs. so I guess my lesson is to be patient (in all things).
75.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
