well its been a while but my health is failing and I don't know what else to do. The doctors have no idea what is wrong with me so its in my hands now to do the only thing i can think of and that is to stop filling my body with crap (including aspartame) and see if that helps...this is the last thing that I can think of so lets hope this works...
81.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
