well i too just started this like you on Sunday , i am really green at this so i am going by a whim Sunday i had a scrambled egg and apple and a lot of water and coffee 2 glasses , for dinner we where on the road so Mickie D's it was i got a grilled chicken sandwich and took off the bun and had the chicken and the lettuce, and again water to drink , then today i had 2 scrambled eggs and one piece of sausage i then went to the store and bought the fixings to make beef soup i am a big soup person love it and that will make it easier for me i think but any way , bought lean cuts of Angus beef and then some frozen and fresh veggies , and water chestnuts in place of potatoes. and fat free and organic broth and home grown spices me too like you are a person that loves subway but i am just going to have to stay away from there my favorite is the blt with spinach and salt /pepper/oil vinegar oregano, no cheese but ranch dressing on garlic and herb bread .

Yipppeee, welcome to FS!!! Glad you joined us!!! I just got back from lunch with my daughter. She choice Freindly's as the restaurant. Was awesome! I got the big bacon cheeseburger,...told them to keep the bun! And I subbed in BUTTERED broccoli on the side, YUMMM!

i thought that i needed to add that i started on the 26th of dec and when i started i was 225.7 and i am now down to 220 so i have lost weight already i miss read the post when i started so this will be off t=from my start i am on this day dec 29 , 2010 at 220 so from here on out will show my loss of weight .

yes i have been and am registered on the Atkins web site and i am doing the first phase that is how i have lost the first few pounds i am so excited i love the food . i have planed my whole yew years party with snack foods from the site for all my friends too

just be aware that every individual is just that...individual, and what may work for others, may not work for you...that being said...you are off to a great start! Using and understanding a clean induction, tracking all your foods, and keeping up w/ your water...all great ways to kick off 2011! Lookout Goals, Here we Come!!!
