well i weighed my self this morning and i was 219.4 and i guess i wasnt eating enough. now if i can keep it up and loose some more , i hope to loose enough to make a difference i have a party to go to at the end of the month kinda a high school reunion type my class gets together and reminisce about the past and future .

had a good day at work. still having trouble with this eating little carbs and still gaining weight how long will this take to start coming off i eat any less and i am not going to be eating anything i can eat all day and still eat little carbs and cant get the calories up

ok i don't get it i do what it says to do with the right foods and in one day i gain almost two pounds the only thing difference i am doing is going to work im lost please help me, i have read a lot of post that say beef up the protein and i have very low carbs i dont get this
