At the end of the day and I struggled to eat that last 400 calories. I as so stuffed at barely 600 calories, but I have to get to at least 1000 cals.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
