Well we recently moved out of my in laws and I'm using a new scale, so the weight liss may not be 100 percent accurate, but as this is the scale I'll be using from now on, I know I need to update my weight.

Lost so far: 10.9 kg.
Still to go: 9.5 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
