Day 3 - first time on the rowing machine and working the arms and hopped on the bike to wrap up some cardio and it felt good to bike 2.5 miles and burn about 50 calories. at the end I weighed in and showed 168.0!! felt good that just a little effort got some amazing results! first few days, keep going.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
