Day 2 Made up for exercise because I did 2 hrs of resident grocery shopping. walked briskly and quickly through the aisles and walkways. lots of full body movement and cleaned/prepped groceries for delivery. tried to plan for the exercise room but got in some time nonetheless.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
