day 1, weighing in at 170.0 and completed nearly a 1/2 hr of exercise, stationary bike 15m totalling 66 calories, and 8 carbs; upper arm weights too! its a start, need to be focused to lose 45 pounds in 6-9 months.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
