tadi pagi nimbang naek 500gram lebih udah seneng aja kirain massa otot naek pas ngukur harian lah kok malah naek centinya sempet mikir kemaren ada yg salah apa ya
eh ternyata menstruasi.

HAPPY BLOATING DAY DEH! malah kemaren makanannya keasinan lagi 😤 soklah badaaaan suka2 kamuh minggu ini yah.. tapi minggu depan kerja keras bareng aku lagi ya! semangat!!
50 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
