What type of meat can you not eat??? Red meat only or all white meat too such as chicken, pork??? If it is ALL meat then there is fish, but that is flesh so maybe that is what you are not allowed??? there are legumes, which are dried beans, but soak them first :-) and cook them, they make great soups, stews, good cold on and in salads , there is cheese, eggs, tofu, there are protein drinks to get your protein in, there is protein powder to mix with whatever you are drinking or eating. I know there is more but I am blanking! Good luck and whatever way you choose to get your protein in, just be sure to get it in your diet. See, there are always options. Have a great day and hope some of the suggestions work for you.

There are many kinds of beans, pasta's, soy products (tofu). You can use the soy products in place of meat. I make lettuce wraps with the fake chicken, lol. I love the soy hot dogs (morningstar really good). You can make chili with the soy crumbles. There are lots of options. Vegetarian times is a good magazine with recipes without meat. The vegetarian sausage (morningstar) is so good with an egg and light english muffin. It all depends on your taste in food. The whole wheat pasta's are much healthier than regular. Walk through the supermarket (vegetarian section) and see what is out thee. You can make spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce. So many good options. Good luck!

I rarely eat any type of animal meat. Like the others have said, there is such a large variety of foods you can choose from that consists of fruits, grains, legumes, veggies, nuts & seeds. Your choices are endless. I wish you well.
