Mujy 7 kg weight loss krna any one guide me.. Bcz mera stuck rha bht dair tk.. 3 days cheat meals lti rhi than back on my diet..
67.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t go for same calories for too long it’s okay to have cheat meal once a week. If take 500 calories less per day than you will loose 1lb (.5kg)per week! Do just do diet add some exercise!

jo b ker rhy ho uss me jumping 3 sets mor then 2minutes or Thighs ke exercise krna start kr doh 😄 2-3 weeks bad weight check krna uss se phly nhi 😄 or her roz time thora sa seconds incress krna jumping me
