kalo makan banyaknya dimalem (walau tetep dibawah kebutuhan kalori per hari) itu ngaruh gak sih? soalnya kalo malem justru yg lapernya 😭😭 udah ditahan2 malah makin kelaperan dan gak bs tidur.. aku kebiasaan bergadang soalnya..
