Do exercise properly... Full of sweaty exercises.at leasr 1.5 hours at gym.. But not proper follow the diet😬not taking suger but take a cup of tea daily with suger.. Do not eating fast food.. Just ghr ki roti dal... stuck weight on 67.5 last one month.. Can any one help
67.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Agr ap ke age 25 plus height 5'7 or gendr male ha to 67 Ek Acha Figure ha Maintain Rakho. Agr mazeed low figure pe jana ha toh weight exercise kro Calories deficit me reh k Carbs kmm or Protein Zayada kro diet me INSHAHALLAH fyeda ho ga

ABU BAKR CHAUDHRY... M female.. Height 5.3... Ideal weight 59...... Diet m weakness wli n ki kbi.. Han mri diet m carbs ki quantity h skta zeada h jti.. Breakfast m roti or rat m boil rice with dall.. Ya phr half roti with any salan.. M crash diet n krti Summer m kbi green tea n piti.. I have already lost 13 kg.. With this diet but now from last month stuck my weight 😥

Asal mai ap ki body fatigue mode mai chali gai hai 2,3 cheat meals lo jis sey ap ki weight jis number pi stuck hoi hai wo number change hojai agar ziyada bhi hojai thorra sa tho koi masla nahi os ki bad dobara exercise aor diet apna continue rakey

Do stuck yourself on ketodiet Less carbohydrates intake More fiber, protein and fat intake Exclude roti, chawal, sugar and grains from your diet fr one month InshaAllah u will see the results within one week Ur total calories intake should be 1200
