I'm so haaaaaaaaaaapy!!!! the scale moved down again!!! I am exhausted, have to admit, but exercise is working my weight down.
I feel I'm finally doing it.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
