Not much but a poundb is a pound and im not quitting. If it does not get the results i want at least i can say i due it all and did not give up. Thanks all for ur support
96.6 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
