Well V-Shred and eating under 1500 calories a day has helped me lose 7.6kg thus far no more round tummy for me now just to lose 11.4kg for my goal and then I will target a new goal to get to my BMI.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
