I can't believe losing 5.1kg in 2 weeks thanks to monitoring my calorie intake and usage and my V-Shred exercise schedule. Guys really the V-Shred App works it gives you 5 day exercises of which I'm doing religiously and on the rest day I do day 1 again it really works
88.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Following VShred’s idea of exercise and diet seem to be working for me too

Download the app it's a trial version but I'm thinking of purchasing the full version as it helped me lose 5.8kg in 3 weeks so it will be worth the R800 and bonus is you get an eating plan which you don't get on the app. You can select between home and gym exercises and he helps with increasing your metabolism. Try the app out he only wants you to exercise 15mins a day.

I also did V-Shred. opted for the personalized diet programme, for which they recommend carb cycling. it works, lost approx 100-200g per day and found it was sustainable and worth the R1500 for the personalised eating plan and workout guides combined. sometimes you just gotta keep trying until you find the thing that works for you
